FLAT FEE INCL. BUYOUT
Flat €9,500 including 4 shooting days, 2 down days, fitting, travel & possibly a rehearsal on one of the down days, including buyouts and AI buyouts for minor modifications (attached you´ll find a PDF with all details regarding the AI buyouts)
Travel and accommodation will be covered by the production company.
Buyouts:
Term: 3 years, worldwide, unrestricted (passive & active), with an option to extend for 1–2 additional years (subject to an additional fee)
Usage: Paid and non-paid media, including digital platforms, e-retail/e-commerce, Amazon, YouTube, social media, as well as print and POS
AI minor modifications: Please find details in the attached PDF
Fees and buyouts are subject to an additional 20% agency commission.
All edits and cut-down versions are covered by the buyout. Buyouts apply within the agreed media and usage period.
The buyout period starts with the first publication.
Buyouts are paid for within the timeframe of the medium purchased.
All films may be used by the client and agency for self-promotion (e.g. presentations, in-house events, awards, etc.) without time or territorial restrictions.
By applying, all talents agree to the above terms and conditions.
Actors are asked not to change their hairstyle, facial hair, or overall appearance until after the shoot.

Calm, confident, and obsessed with coffee. The kind of person who can dial in an espresso by instinct. He tastes, adjusts grind size, tweaks temperature, and notices details most people miss. He has a calm, grounded energy. Never loud or over-performative.
He is enthusiastic to the point of being a little competitive but still friendly, relaxed, and has a great sense of humor. It's OK for him to have a slightly fuller figure and a “boy next door” look that feels relatable and down to earth.
He is handsome but not in a traditional model way. His style reflects his confidence and meticulous nature.
Doesn't have to be a real Barista. He must be believable handling real coffee equipment, though. It's not a must, but the more experienced he looks making coffee, the better.

If the barista says something is difficult, she immediately wants to prove she can do it. She learns fast once things are explained simply. A little quirky. Talks to the coffee machine like it’s a teammate.
Celebrates a good espresso like she just won a small Olympic event.
