Financial Service Provider E-Casting UK

Top priority: We are looking exclusively for actors and actresses who have not applied to banks and financial service providers in recent years and who are prepared to accept partial exclusivity.

 
IMPORTANT INFO:
All shortlisted applicants will be subject to a background check by an external provider. (Background check / social media / Google Deep Dive (web, news, images, videos); film archive check (IMDB, YouTube, Vimeo, iSpot, etc)
A police clearance certificate must be requested for all shortlisted actors (will of course be reimbursed).

FEE

2 - 4 shooting/photoshooting days in Berlin
Daily fee for shoot / photoshoot: 1,000 € (12 hours, incl. fitting)
Travel costs: Flat rate for arrival and departure 500 €
Standby days between the shoot/photo days: 500 €

 

BUYOUT OPTIONS - see also the appendix!

1. testing usage / market research Germany, in Q2-Q4 2025 incl. exclusivity in the financial sector: 400% of the daily fee plus 20% AP

This means: Some of the actors will go into a test before the broadcast. For this, 400% (no public evaluation) will already be paid so that the performer does not do any other financial service provider jobs/castings during the test period. All those taking part in the casting must agree to this.


2. 1 year All moving media Germany (excl. cinema, incl. exclusivity in the financial sector): 750% of the daily fee plus 20% AP
3.   1 year all print and digital media Germany (incl. exclusivity in the financial sector): 550% of the daily fee plus 20% AP
4.   Package: 1 year All Moving and Print media Germany (incl. exclusivity in the financial sector): 1100 % of the daily rate plus 20% AP
5.   Subsequent years each + 10% on previous year

 

General Terms:

•     All talents (moving/stills usage and/or testing usage only) need to agree on the mandatory requested sector exclusivity: “during the contracted usage period and the term that the talent will not provide their services in any form of advertising marketing or promotional activity in respect of a competitor ie Financial Services Sector“

•     Editing rights: Buyouts cover all lengths and versions of the films produced inside the campaign. Even if they haven’t been briefed initially

•     Sub-licensing by re-uploading from third parties within the scope of the original use is permitted

•     Archival rights: after the expiry of the buyout period above the edits remain on the social media sides of the client without being further advertised.

•     optional testing buyout applies only to talents which are not covered by the regular media buyout options.
