About the Audition

ALL TALENTS MUST BE OVER 25 !

Once confirmed, we need a copy of the passport. All passports must be valid for 3 months from the date of return and have at least 2 blank pages. Passport must be biometric.

All talents must keep the look, they are presenting during the casting. So no haircuts or other changes to their appearance during the casting process and when booked until after the shooting day!

TIMING

NOV 10/11/12: travel to capetown (depending on shoot dates)

NOV 13/14/15/16/17/18: optional shoot days

NOV 19: optional travel back

Everyone will have 1-2 Shootingday in SOUTH AFRICA

FLAT FEE

Flatdeal EUR 1.500,- for 1Shootingday, Travel, Fitting and 1 potential Downday

If there will be a 2nd Shootingday it would be at 1000 Euros

12-hour days (incl. 1 hour for lunch) from call on set to wrap on set

Overtime starting from 13hr / 100€ per hour

Per Diem 28€ per day

Fitting; travel and up to 2 Downdays is part of the fee.

BUYOUT FEE

Flat Fee of 17.500 Euros for 1 year All Media worldwide + 5 years Heineken Marketing

All cut-length, stories, versions and stills from the film are paid for with the buyouts.

Buyouts are only due and paid when the client releases the films for publication and the and the actor can be seen in the final cut. Buyouts are paid for within the timeframe of the medium purchased.

All films must be available for use by the client and the agency for their own presentation without any time or space restrictions (presentations, in-house events, awards, etc.).

All actors participating in the casting agree to the conditions stated.
