About the Audition

For our Europewide E-Casting (excluding UK & CZ) for TELEKOM we are now looking for the additional side roles of a SYRIAN MOTHER and the side role of a SYRIAN CHILD.

Shooting in Prague or Vienna

11.06.2025 Return Travel if last shooting day is 10.06.

ALL TALENTS MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE ENTIRE SHOOTING PERIOD!
FEES
BASE FEES (BSF):
Mother: 900 EUR
Travel days: paid at 50% of BSF
Down days: paid at 50% of BSF
Fitting: included in BSF
Mother: 900 EUR

Child: 450 EUR
150€ per day for chaperone

BUYOUTS
Initial:
3 months TV & cinema + 12 months all media incl. print/stills – all versions/lengths, GERMANY
→ 600% (adults) | 400% (kids)

→ 600% (adults) | 400% (kids)
Optional Extensions:
+12 months TV & cinema, GERMANY: +300%

The fees and buyouts are plus 20% agency commission.
3rd party usage such as retailer is included.
All cut-length versions incl. stills from the film are paid for with the buyouts.
Buyouts are paid for within the timeframe of the medium purchased. Buyouts will only be due and paid if the client approves the films for release and the actor appears in the final cut.
All films must be available for use by the client and the agency for their own presentation without any time or space restrictions (presentations, in-house events, awards, etc.).
All actors participating in the casting agree to the conditions stated.

We are specifically looking for talents with Arab heritage or appearance, preferably with roots in: Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, etc.
The role will be a mother from Syria with her 4-6 year old child. She will wear a Hijab in the film and it'd be great if you'd wear a Hijab in the casting as well.
